FORT WORTH, Texas (OCT. 2, 2024) – Texas Motor Speedway, POWRi Racing, Kubota High Limit Racing, FloRacing and Speedway Children’s Charities – Texas Chapter are joining forces over the next two weekends to help those devastated by Hurricane Helene in western North Carolina.

A free pit pass upgrade will be available with the donation of an unopened children’s diaper pack (all sizes appreciated) or wipes for each day of the Oct. 4-5 POWRi Racing Fall Doubleheader and the Oct. 11-12 Kubota High Limit Racing All-in Championship at the half-mile Texas Motor Speedway Dirt Track. Donations will be collected at The Dirt Track and transported to the affected areas for distribution.

“The devastation wreaked by Hurricane Helene is hard to even imagine so we wanted to do something positive to let those affected know we care about them and we’re pulling for them,” said Texas Motor Speedway Executive Vice President & General Manager Mark Faber. “I want to thank everyone with POWRi Racing, High Limit Racing, FloRacing, Speedway Children’s Charities, and Texas Motor Speedway for coming together to create, approve, and get this program running. I encourage anyone and everyone who can donate to do so.”

Those unable to attend but who wish to donate may do so through Speedway Children’s Charities at https://www.speedwaycharities.org/events/texas/hurricane-helene-diaper-drive/.

FloRacing, which airs the full 2024 Kubota High Limit Racing schedule, will promote the donation program beginning Oct. 8 during the series’ events leading up to and including the All-In Championship at The Dirt Track.
